If you are a driver, a transport or fleet operator you may wish to make inquiries about how we can help you fulfill your driver shortages and improve your ability to work closer together as partners.

Availabledrivers.com platform does not trade as a driver or employment agency in any way. We take no responsibility or liabilities for any agreement between parties, or liabilities of employment, employment rights, employment legislation, or government taxes, pensions or NI contributions applied against works carried out by either party.

We accept no liability for the quality or quantity of work carried out by our subscribers or bookings made on our platform. All engagements are only ever between the operators and the drivers directly.

Furthermore, Availabledrivers.com takes no control or responsibility in organising workloads, bookings, cancellations, or driver no-shows of any kind. All parties are responsible for ensuring the contract between parties is fulfilled and hold the relevant terms to address any contractual obligations. 

Our services are offered to transport and fleet-operating clients as a SaaS platform with a subscription fee payable in advance of service, which allows access and use of our technology only. No fees are applied to subscribing driver communities.

By registering or using the services of the Availabledrivers.com services you accept in FULL that the company takes no responsibility or liability of any kind regarding rights of engagements between the client or our registered driver communities.
